My advance check for my next Impact book came a few days ago: Today I spent it***

I now have a super machine.

I can actually color in Photoshop, and not have it take 5 minutes to save. I can actually use a magic wand selection instead of doing a layer lock. I can use more then 6 layers! It's soooooooo nice! I have a beautiful 19 inch flat screen moniter. I feel like a queen. True, I am a queen in a small apartment who rides around on a scooter because a car is too pricy... but I am now technological royalty none-the-less!

Almost as cool, is that I can now play video games again. I may actually be able to run WoW, which I have been paying for for... oh... 7 months, but been unable to play due to graphics card issues and the fact that my laptop is the sux0rs. I am so flipping excited. Not only will I be able to play it, I'll be able to play it with the nicest render settings and highest frame rates. It should be pretty AND fun.

I think I may just start up a new character from scratch. Any "Normal" server recommendations? No PVP or Roleplay yet please. I want to start up one character where I don't get killed every day, and where it's okay to talk OOC. Once I get in the swing of things, I will be happy to join the other server types. It's just that a normal server will be best for learning the game. Alliance or Horde is cool. I like both, though I will admit a slight inclination towards the horde. It's just the novelty of being evil.


***So much for saving! Ah well. AG pays the nesscesities. My commissions and freelance pay for upgrades to life, such as my scooter, computer, pretty curtains, guinea pigs, and occasional movie outings.

The unicorn is done. I am very pleased. Once I get back on my old computer, I will upload it here and at deviant. I also have 3 very cool dragon sketches and inkings that need to be scanned in. I hope to have them up this weekend. Here, have a Random Cool Image ® by my very own samurai boy!
