The mice....

Frozen french toast sticks are pretty good. I'm suprised! Quick, tasty, and cheap. All things to love in a food.

Gosh, I'm about ready to collapse. I finished all 3 of my children's book pieces and am pretty sick of mice with cute little glasses. >.< They're all squishy, adorable, and reaking of spray fix. Spray fix is quite possibly the coolest product ever. Not only does it allow mixed media to go down with relative ease on top of one another, it also gets you quite high so you no longer care that you've spent the past 5 hours on a single piece of work. Ah well. I'll post the images later.

I've been trying to put my airbrush to good use, but I'm finding that my control of it is lacking. I can't get fine lines reliably, and I can't put down soft, flat colors either. It seems I have to resign myself to the fact that I need to get some large sheets of paper and just practice making lines and color fields to gain control over my nemesis. *sigh* Practice is never quite as fun as mice... or spray fix...

Two more days of college and then I can finally do my dishes!!! I am an evil roommate XD

Mices

Real media is painful. Here's my children's book pieces. They each took somewhere around 4-5 hours. I think I might go into them again to fix some things, but for some reason it's hard for me to go back into real media because I worry that I won't be able to use the undo button. I'm afraid. I never get afraid with pen, or pencil, it's just the colors and paints that I worry about. Ah well.

Click for cute, adorable, children's book illustrations. They are so happy they will make you sick. )

One more day of school...
