weeee, I'm nearly dead from all this work, but I've nearly caught up on 2 of my 7 commissions ^^; (yay me) School for next week does not have THAT much homework due, but at this point in the game I don't know if that will help the current status of TimeScapes.

The status (because you may or may not want to know!): Cover of chapter 4 drawn and inked.

that's it. Need to color the sucker and hopfully get an actual page completed; 2 if fate smiles on me or I somehow manage to budget my time correctly. I feel dumb updating with a cover because to me it does not feel like an acutal page. Come to think of it, covers are pretty pointless since I never intend to publish TimeScapes. They are fun to do though, and that's why I do them. It's a whim, but having fun is important :)

At first I thought that I could kind of plan out how TimeScapes was going to work time/chapterwise, but now I realize that I really have no idea and it's foolish to think otherwise. I'm GUESSING that Chapter 4 will be complete by June, but I really don't know. Chapter 0 will be complete by May for sure. The only reason why I know that is because I am doing it as a class project. It's foolish to do, but I figure if I have to do an 8 page illustrated story I may as well go overboard and do a 15+ page comic. Beyond that, I have no idea.

Summer is not looking like it's going to be any slower or faster for pages. I've got a very strong possibilty of working for an actual comic book company to do a 4 issue miniseries. (sorry, I can't give info yet) I'm currently doing concept art for it, but if all goes well and I do get the job it's going to eat up A LOT of time because the series will need to be completed by October. That's 30 pages x 4, all of which need to be drawn, inked, and colored. I'm figuring it will eat up the same amount of time that going to school + homework did, so TimeScapes and all my other sites will likely update at the same rate.

You know, I must honestly confess that my assumtions could be drastically off, but I like playing the guessing game and trying to predict how things are going to work out. Last year I predicted that I would be up to Chapter 10 in TimeScapes by now, but that Dragon Shadows would have next to no updates. Yeah, that was real accurate... Ah well, I enjoy guessing. 'Tis fun :)

Before I completly leave the subject of TimeScapes - which I believe that I allready did - There is a poll for a side-story that I would like to do between Chapters. I eventually plan to do all of the side stories, but as you allready know, my time is limited, so it will be a VERY long time before some of these will happen. The poll will determine which one you will get to see first (when exactly THAT is, I will not even try to guess, but I like to do my silly planning that never works!) I have a bunch of stuff to scan and post sketch-wise. Anyone know how to do that text cut thing so that my image will not clutter everyone's pages? I think I'm annoying people by making my journal take forever and a day to load...
